摘要
文章阐述了我国植保体系的发展历程以及其发展目标。结合植保体系在新时期的发展完善过程中普遍存在的体系机构建设、人才队伍建设、服务范围和植保技术现代化等问题进行了简要的分析说明,最后对现代农业质保体系的建设提出了几点建议。
This paper expounds the development history and development goals of China＇s plant protection system.This paper makes a brief analysis on the construction of the system,the construction of the personnel team,the service scope and the modernization of the plant protection technology in the process of the development and improvement of the plant protection system in the new period.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the construction of the modern agricultural quality assurance system.
