新型城镇化和农业现代化的协调关系分析——以河北省为例

An Analysis of the Coordination Relationship between New Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization:Case Study of Hebei Province

随着新型城镇化和农业现代化建设的推进,各地区不同程度地出现了"城市病"和"农村病",本文以河北省为例,利用改进的熵值法对2000~2014年期间的新型城镇化和农业现代化建设的水平进行综合测评,在此基础上计算出两者的协调发展程度,发现河北省新型城镇化质量有待提高,农业现代化建设水平低是现阶段二者的协调发展程度低的主要原因,提高农业现代化建设的水平,促进"两化"的统筹协调发展,有助于解决"城市病"和"农村病"问题,从而实现城乡一体化发展。

With the development of new urbanization and the modernization of agriculture,the ＂urban diseases＂ and ＂rural diseases＂ appeared in different regions.In this paper,taking Hebei Province for example,the improved entropy method is used for comprehensive evaluation of the new urbanization and agricultural modernization level from 2000 to 2014.On this basis,the coordinated development degree of the two is calculated,and it is found that the quality of the new urbanization in Hebei Province needs to be improved and the low level of agricultural modernization is the main cause of the low level of coordinated development of the two.To improve the level of agricultural modernization,and promote the coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization can help to solve the ＂urban disease＂ and ＂rural disease＂ problem,so as to achieve the integration of urban and rural development.
