高校对接“互联网+”计划的规划研究

高校如何对接"互联网+"计划,加快提升科技创新能力,运用互联网思维促进学科专业的发展是值得探讨的问题。首先梳理互联网进入中国后对高校的影响研究现状,然后阐述"互联网+"计划实质包括技术层面的不断创新以及与行业领域的融合创新,最后提出高校应该在科学研究机构建设、激励学生创新创业以及智慧校园建设三方面进行对接,尤其是构建以互联网技术创新研究机构为支撑的科研机构集群,并给出了制度保障建议。

In the ＂internet plus＂ era,how internet thinking can be applied in universities to promote the development of disciplines and science and technology innovation is a problem worth examining and discussing.This thesis starts with a brief introduction to internet impact on universities study.The sense of ＂Internet plus＂ being innovation in internet innovation and mergence innovation with more industry is pointed out.Universities should dock with Internet plus action plan in the construction of research institute,stimulation of student entrepreneurship and innovations,construction of smarter campus.The most important of all is the construction of research institute clusters based on in Internet technology innovation center.Finally,advices about mechanism guaranteeing are given.
