摘要 装配式建筑项目具有建造周期短、节能、环保的特点,符合现代建筑行业发展的要求。我国装配式建筑尚处于起步阶段,因其建设规模小、技术落后使得项目成本增高,阻碍了发展的速度。因此对装配式建筑项目成本进行分析研究具有重要的意义。本文通过建立装配式建筑成本控制的系统动力学模型,得到成本影响因素之间的逻辑关系,通过VENSIM软件进行仿真分析,得到影响项目成本的关键因素,并采取针对性措施进行控制。在一定程度上提高了装配式建筑项目成本管理的现状,对实际工程具有指导性作用。 Prefabricated construction project has the characteristics of short construction period, energy-saving and environmental protection, in line with the requirements of modern construction industry development. Prefabricated construction in China is still in the initial stage, its small scale and backward technology makes the project construction cost increase, which hindered the development of speed. So the analysis of prefabricated construction project cost research has the vital significance. In this paper, through the establishment of system dynamics model of prefabricated construction cost control, the logical relationship among the factors that affect cost is got, simulation analysis is conducted through the VENSIM software, the key factors that affect the project cost are got, and corresponding measures are put forward,which improves the present situation of the prefabricated construction project cost management to a certain extent and has guiding effect to the practical engineering.
