摘要
我国作为世界人口最多的国家,就业压力不断增大,与就业增长最为密切相关的因素为经济增长率。我国1978-2013年经济增长的平均增速达到了9.8%。但适龄劳动人口的比重却从2011年开始逐渐下降,因此国内就业压力依然居高不下。本文选用全国各省份的主要行业为指标来考察各省就业人数差异,采用因子分析法评价各省主要行业就业情况,找出就业情况存在的差距及差距的主要原因,并提出协调发展的对策。
As the most populous country in the world, the employment pressure is increasing, and the most closely related factor is the economic growth rate. The average growth rate of China's economic growth in 1978-2013 has reached 9.8%. However, the proportion of the working age population has gradually declined since 2011, so the employment pressure in China is still high. In this paper, the main industries in each province of China are selected as indicators to investigate the differences in employment among the provinces, and factor analysis method is used to evaluate the employment situation of main industries in different provinces, find out the gap of employment and the main reasons for the gap, and put forward countermeasures for coordinated development.
