摘要
T分公司在并购四家县级分公司(原事业单位)过程中,在员工思想障碍、岗位、薪酬、绩效、制度建设等多个方面发生了人力资源整合冲突。本文从高层管理者思想转变、企业文化融合、人力资源规划、构建富有激励性的薪酬体系、强化县市一体绩效考核、提升人力资源管理专业能力等六个方面,结合工作中的实际情况,提出针对性的解决办法。
In the process of merging four county-level branches(original institutions), the T branch has experienced the conflicts of human resources integration in the aspects of ideological obstacles, post, salary, performance and system construction. Combined with the work actual situation, this article put forward targeted solutions from the thought change of top manager, the enterprise culture fusion, the human resources plan, construction of the incentive salary system, strengthening the unified performance appraisal in county and city,enhancing the human resources management profession ability.
