摘要
房地产项目管理的质量决定项目的成败,决定房地产企业自身的形象,本文从进度、质量、费用、合同、安全、环境、招投标等几个方面提出了提高房地产项目管理的措施,通过相应的措施的实施,提高项目的质量、加快项目的进度、减少项目的成本。
The quality of real estate project management determines the success of the project and the image of real estate company.This paper puts forward some measures to improve the management of real estate project from the aspects of progress, quality, cost, contract,safety, environment, bidding and so on. The implementation of the corresponding measures can improve the quality of the project, speed up the progress of the project and reduce the cost of the project.
