一种基于降低回路电感的大电流发生设备的设计方案研究

摘要 变电站一次通流试验主要作用与CT极性正确性校验和回路正确性校验,在变电站送电阶段是一个非常重要且必要的测试环节。但由于CT变比一般较大,导致一次通流试验时对大电流发生设备电流输出要求很高,尤其是回路负载较大的情况下,要求大电流发生器具备一定的负载能力。目前,一次通流试验较为常用的方式有两种:(1)采用升流器通流的方式较多,设备数量多,连接复杂;(2)采用一体式大电流发生设备,体积大,设备沉重,不方便运输。本文主要讨论一种通过降低回路电感,从而降低回路负载的设计方案,通过本设计方案最终降低大电流发生设备负载能力,从而有利于降低大电流发生设备重量,给一次通流现场测试带来方便。 The main function of the primary flow test of the substation and the correctness of the CT polarity check and check the correctness of the loop are a very important and necessary test link in the substation transmission phase. However, due to the CT ratio is generally larger, resulting in a flow test when the current output of high current devices require a high output, especially in the case of large loop load, requiring high current generator with a certain load capacity. At present, a flow test is more commonly used in two ways: First, the use of high-speed flow through the way, the number of devices, the connection is complex; Second, the use of one-piece high-current equipment, bulky, heavy equipment, Inconvenient to transport. This paper mainly discusses a design scheme which reduces the loop inductance and reduces the load of the loop. By reducing the load capacity of the high current generating equipment, it is beneficial to reduce the weight of the high current generating equipment and bring convenience to the flow field test.
