摘要
本文分析磨床M7130电气控制线路的九条回路,给出了每一条回路的排故方法及步骤。进一步,设计了每一条控制回路排故仿真界面,实现了磨床M7130电气控制线路排故练习的仿真软件系统。仿真测试表明该软件实现了磨床M7130电气控制线路的排故仿真功能。
The paper analyzed the nine pieces of electrical control circuit troubleshooting methods and steps for grinding machine M7130. Moreover, the simulation interface of each control loop is designed. The simulation software system of grinding machine M7130 electrical control line troubleshooting is realized. The simulation test shows that the software system realizes the simulation function of M7130 electrical control line troubleshooting.
