摘要
实验教学是高校培养高素质应用型人才的重要途径。针对我国人因工程实验教学现状及存在的主要问题,提出了人因工程实验教学的改进措施,通过加强实验室建设,合理设计实验项目,多元化实验教学方法及考核方式,以期改善人因工程实验教学效果,提高学生的综合素质。
Experimental teaching is an important way to train high-quality applied talents in universities. In view of the present situation of human factors engineering experimental teaching and the main existing problems, the human factor engineering experimental teaching improvement measures are put forward, through the strengthening of laboratory construction, reasonable design of experimental project, diversified experimental teaching methods and assessment methods, to improve the teaching effect of engineering experiment and the comprehensive quality of students.
