摘要
全日制工程硕士职业能力标准是高等工程教育进行人才培养的重要依据。本文从我国对高层次应用复合型工程人才需求的现实出发,构建全日制工程硕士职业能力构成要素包括职业知识、职业技能、职业潜能、情境性综合能力、职业素养5个维度27项职业能力指标。此研究为高校在制定全日制工程硕士培养目标和评估方面具有较好的理论和实践指导意义。
Full-time master's degree in professional competence is an important basis for the training of talents in higher engineering education. Based on the reality of demand for high-level applied engineering talents in China, this paper constructs the factors of engineering master's degree including five aspects: professional knowledge, vocational skills, occupation potential, situational comprehensive ability and professional accomplishment which are divided into 27 professional competence indicators. This study has a good theoretical and practical significance for the development of full-time master training goal and evaluation.
