摘要
中学生的抗挫能力是指抵御由于学业、早恋或升学等原因所表现出来的应对能力。本文以问卷调查为主要研究方法,从中学生的抗挫能力的现状调查入手,分析了中学生抗挫能力的主要影响因素主要表现为中学生的自我认同度、学业压力因素、情感因素和家庭因素,并对提升中学生的抗挫能力提出了相关的对策建议。
The anti-frustration ability of middle school students refers to the response ability in the face of the stress of study, early love or the stress of entering a higher school. Based on the questionnaire survey, the article begins with the analysis of the present situation investigation of the anti-frustration ability of middle school students and analyzes the main influence factors of middle school students' ability are the level of self-identity, academic stress, emotional factors and family factors. In the end, this paper put forward some related countermeasures of improving anti-frustration ability of middle school students.
