论述了市政工程施工现场管理的重要性,从管理机制、质量及安全、施工监管三方面分析了施工现场管理存在的问题,介绍了改善施工现场管理工作的对策,以保证市政工程质量,提高企业经济效益。
The paper indicates the importance of the site management in the municipal projects,and introduces the strategies to improve the construction site management from the management mechanism,quality and safety,and construction monitoring,so as to ensure the quality of the municipal projects and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
