20~24孕周PLGF水平在子痫前期预测中的临床价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较20~24孕周PLGF水平低中高危组妊娠女性PE的发生率,探讨其在子痫前期发生中的预测价值。方法选取从2015年1月至2016年12月建卡并分娩的642例疑似子痫前期孕妇作为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测外周血中PLGF的浓度,根据PLGF>100 pg/ml为低危,PLGF<100 pg/ml为中危,PLGF<12 pg/ml为高危将患者分为3组,比较3组间PE发生率的差异;通过受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析PLGF预测PE发生的敏感度和特异度;通过Kaplan-Meier分析3组间PE发生时间的差异。结果低中高危3组PE发病率分别为5.7%、24.2%及83.9%,3组间发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3组中发生PE患者发病时间分别为(8.1±2.1)周、(7.7±1.7)周及(4.8±1.8)周,3组PE发生时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清PLGF水平PE发生的ROC曲线分析,曲线下面积(AUC)为0.873。结论孕20~24检测外周血PLGF水平能有效评估PE发病风险。
