宫颈病变组织中Ki-67、NF-κB的表达与HPV感染的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨宫颈病变组织中Ki-67抗原(Ki67)、核转录因子κB(NF-κB)的表达与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的相关性。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月在蒙阴县人民医院行手术切除或宫颈活检患者70例(宫颈标本70例)为研究对象,采用免疫细胞化学染色法检测病变组织Ki-67、NF-κB及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达,并进行Spearman秩相关分析。结果 Ki-67、NF-κB及PCNA在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和子宫颈浸润性鳞癌组织中的表达率显著高于慢性宫颈炎组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman秩相关分析显示,Ki-67(r=0.582,P<0.05)和NF-κB(r=0.603,P<0.05)与PCNA表达呈正相关,Ki-67(r=0.601,P<0.05)、NF-κB(r=0.596,P<0.05)和PCNA(r=0.647,P<0.05)与HPV感染呈正相关。结论 Ki-67、NF-κB在不同宫颈病变组织中的阳性表达率具有差异,且与HPV感染相关,其可能参与宫颈病变过程,可以作为宫颈疾病的鉴别、诊断及评估指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of Ki-67 and NF-κB in cervical lesion and their correlation with HPV infection.Methods 70 cases with surgically resected or cervical biopsy(70cases cervical specimens)were selected as the research object from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital.The expression of Ki-67,NF-κB and PCNA were detected by immune cell chemical dyeing method,and making the correlation analysis by Spearman.Results The expression rate of Ki-67,NF-κB and PCNA in CIN and cervical invasive squamous carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than that of chronic cervicitis tissues.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed,there was a positively correlation of Ki-67 and PCNA(r=0.582,P0.05),there was a positively correlation of NF-κB and PCNA(r=0.603,P0.05),there was a positively correlation of Ki-67 and HPV infection(r=0.601,P0.05),there was a positively correlation of NF-κB and HPV infection(r=0.596,P0.05),here was a positively correlation of PCNA expression and HPV infection(r=0.647,P0.05).Conclusion There is a difference of positive expression rate of Ki-67,NF-κB in different cervical lesions organizations,and Ki-67,NF-κB are associated with HPV infection,they might be involved in cervical lesions in the process,could be used as indexes for identification of cervical disease,diagnosis and evaluation.
