摘要
[目的]研究铅对蚕豆根尖细胞微核及染色体畸变的影响。[方法]用不同浓度的Pb Cl2溶液培养蚕豆种子,以蒸馏水培养作为对照,培养4~7 d时,每天随机取根尖固定、染色、压片后镜检,观察微核和染色体畸变,计算微核率和染色体畸变率。[结果]培养第4~7天,1.0×10-4~5.0×10-4mol/L Pb2+处理组的微核率和染色体畸变率均极显著高于对照组,且Pb2+浓度越大,微核率和染色体畸变率越高。[结论]Pb2+对蚕豆根尖细胞微核率和染色体畸变率有影响,其影响程度与Pb2+处理浓度和处理时间有关。
[Objective] The purpose was to study the effects of Pb2 +on the micronucleusn and chromosomal aberration of Vicia faba. [Method] Vicia faba seeds were cultured with Pb Cl2 solutions at different concentrations,and distilled water treatment as control. The root tips were fixed,dyed and squashed for microscopic examination,and micronucleusn and chromosomal aberration of root tip cells were calculated. [Result] When seeds were treated with 1. 0 × 10-4-5. 0 × 10-4mol/L Pb2 +from 4 days to 7 days,the micronucleusn and chromosomal aberration of Vicia faba increased successively with increasing Pb2 +concentration and treatment duration. [Conclusion] Pb2 +showed effects on the micronucleusn and chromosomal aberration Vicia faba in a dose-and time-dependent manner.
