黄羽肉鸡不同来源高粱表观代谢能的评定及其养分消化率的比较 被引量:9

Evaluation of Apparent Metabolic Energy and Comparison of Nutrient Digesibility of Different Sources Sorghum by Feeding Yellow-Feathered Broilers

摘要 本试验旨在评定黄羽肉鸡不同来源高粱的表观代谢能(AME),并比较其养分消化率的差异。试验采用单因素随机设计,选择56日龄健康黄羽肉鸡公鸡24羽,随机分为4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复1羽。用美国高粱、湖南高粱和内蒙古高粱分别替代基础饲粮中20%玉米作为试验饲粮,采用套算法计算美国高粱、湖南高粱和内蒙古高粱的AME,并比较其养分消化率的差异。试验期7 d,分为预试期(第1~4天)和正试期(第5~7天)2个阶段。结果表明:1)内蒙古高粱的AM E最高,比美国高粱和湖南高粱分别高12.17%和15.81%(P<0.01)。2)内蒙古高粱的粗纤维(CF)表观消化率最高,分别比美国高粱和湖南高粱高23.81%和27.87%(P<0.01);美国高粱次之,比湖南高粱高3.28%(P<0.01)。内蒙古高粱的粗脂肪(EE)表观消化率极显著低于湖南高粱0.50%(P<0.01)。不同来源高粱的粗蛋白质(CF)、干物质(DM)、粗灰分(Ash)和无氮侵出物(NFE)表观消化率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此得出,通过套算法测定了美国高粱、湖南高粱和内蒙古高粱的AME分别为13.39、12.97和15.02 MJ/kg。不同来源高粱除AME、EE和CF表观消化率差异显著外,其余各养分表观消化率均无显著差异。 This study was conducted to evaluate the apparent metabolizable energy (AME ) and compare the difference of nutrient digesibility of different sources sorghum by feeding yellow-feathered broilers. Twenty four 56-day-old healthy male yellow-feathered broilers were randomly allocated to four groups with six replicates per group and one broiler per replicate according single-factor randomized design. The experimental diets were the American sorghum, Hunan sorghum and Inner Mongolia sorghum to replace 20% corn in the basal d ie t, re-spectively ,and evaluated the AME and compared the difference o f nutrient digesibility o f American sorghum, Hunan sorghum and Inner Mongolia sorghum. The experimental period lasted for 7 days, including 2 periods of 4-day pre-test period and 3-day test period. The results showed as fo l low s: 1) the AME o f Inner Mongolia sorghum was the highest, which was significantly higher than that o f American sorghum and Hunan sorghum for 12.17% and 15.81% (P〈0.01). 2) The apparent digesibility o f crude fiber (C F ) o f Inner Mongolia sor-ghum was the highest, which was significantly higher than that o f American sorghum and Hunan sorghum for 23.81% and 27.87% (P〈0.01) ; closely followed by the apparent digesibility o f CF o f American sorghum, which was significantly higher than that o f Hunan sorghum for 3.28% (P〈0.01). The apparent digesibility o f ether extract ( EE ) of Inner Mongolia sorghum was significantly lower than that o f Hunan sorghum for 0.05% (P〈0.01). There were no significant difference in the apparent digesibility of crude protein (CF ) , dry matter (DM ) , crude ash (Ash) and nitrogen-free ( N FE ) o f different sources sorghum (P〉0.05). In conclusion, the AME of American sorghum, Hunan sorghum and Inner Mongolia sorghum by substitution method are 13.39,12.97 and 15.02 MJ/kg , respectively. The AME and the apparent digesibility o f EE and CF o f dif fer-ent sources sorghum have significant differences, and the apparent digesibility o f the other nutrients have no significant differences.
