冰红消肿膏配合定点运穴推拿治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of binghong xiaozhong paste combined with fixed acupoint massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的观察冰红消肿膏药配合定点运穴推拿治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院骨伤科门诊及住院诊断为膝关节骨性关节炎患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用定点运穴推拿手法治疗,观察组采用冰红消肿膏配合定点运穴推拿手法治疗。对比两组临床疗效及治疗后VAS、JOA得分。结果治疗后观察组与对照组总有效率对比,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后VAS及JOA评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论定点运穴推拿配合冰红消肿膏药治疗对膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效显著,不良反应少,安全性高,值得推广和应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of binghong xiaozhong paste combined with fixed acupoint massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 120 patients who were diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis in the outpatient and inpatient of orthopedics. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given fixed acupoint massage, and the observation group was given binghong xiaozhong paste combined with fixed acupoint massage. The clinical efficacy and VAS, JOA score after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was compared between the observation group and the control group after the treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The VAS and JOA scores in the two groups after the treatment were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05), and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of binghong xiaozhong paste combined with fixed acupoint massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a significant effect, with less adverse reactions and high safety, which is worthy of popularization and application.
