美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者临床疗效分析

Analysis on the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure

目的分析美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果,并探讨其对患者心功能指标的影响。方法将我院2014年11月~2016年11月期间所收治的148例冠心病心力衰竭患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组和实验组各74例,对照组采取常规治疗,实验组在此基础上应用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果,并比较两组患者的心功能改善情况。结果两组在心率与收缩压方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组的临床治疗总有效率为95.95%,显著高于对照组(81.08%),且实验组LVEF(51.7±3.7)%、LVESD(34.7±3.5)mm、LVEDD(54.7±4.2)mm明显优于对照组[(45.3±3.1)%、(39.8±2.7)mm、(60.5±4.1)mm],两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔与曲美他嗪联合治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果明显,能够有效提高患者的临床总有效率,并对改善患者心功能存在明显优势,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure, and to explore its effect on patients' cardiac function. Methods 148 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from November 2014 to November 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomized to different groups for treatment. There were 74 patients in the control group and the experimental group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the experimental group was given metoprolol combined with trimetazidine for the treatment on the basis of the control group. The effect of clinical treatment was compared and analyzed in the two groups, and the improvement of cardiac function was compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in heart rate and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05); the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 95.95%, significantly higher than the control group(81.08%). LVEF was(51.7 ±3.7)%,LVESD was(34.7±3.5)mm and LVEDD was(54.7±4.2)mm in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group[(45.3±3.1)%,(39.8±2.7)mm,(60.5±4.1)mm)]. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure is significant, which can effectively improve the clinical total effective rate of patients, and has a significant advantage in improving the patient's heart function, which is worthy of promotion and application.
