复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection

目的观察复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效。方法选择2014年6月~2016年6月在我科诊治的80例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,均经胃镜及13C呼气试验检查确诊,将80例胃溃疡患者采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予泮托拉唑40 mg,每天2次,口服;阿莫西林1.0 g,每天2次,口服;克拉霉素500 mg,每天2次,口服;复方铝酸铋2.6 g,每天3次,口服。观察组在对照组4种药物治疗的基础上加用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗,复方嗜酸乳杆菌片1 g,每天3次口服,两组疗程均为14 d。治疗2个月后复查胃镜并行快速尿素酶实验,停药1个月后复查13C尿素呼气试验了解Hp根除情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的Hp根除率为95.0%,不良反应发生率为5.0%,分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染临床疗效确切,Hp根除率高,安全性好,可以显著缓解患者的临床症状,值得推广和应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection. Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric ulcer who were admitted to our department from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were all diagnosed by endoscopy and 13 C breath test. The 80 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given pantoprazole for 40 mg, twice a day, po; amoxicillin for 1.0 g, twice a day, po; clarithromycin for 500 mg, twice a day,po; compound bismuth aluminate for 2.6 g, 3 times a day, po. The observation group was given the four kinds of drugs in the control group plus compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets. They were orally given compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets for 1 g, 3 times a day. The course of treatment was 14 days for both groups. The patients were re-examined via endoscopy and rapid urease test was given after two months of treatment. One month after withdrawal,13 C urea breath test was given once more to understand the eradication of Hp. Results The total effective rate was 95.0% after treatment in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.0%)(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was 95.0% after the treatment, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 5.0%, the differences were statistically significant compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection has an accurate efficacy, with high Hp eradication rate and favorable safety, which can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, and is worthy of promotion and application.
