摘要
目的探讨护理干预对于促进吞咽困难患者功能恢复的重要性。方法回顾1例Chiari畸形减压术后继发梗阻性脑积水合并严重吞咽困难,通过运用洼田饮水试验筛查后,对患者的吞咽功能进行分级评定,给予相应的吞咽功能训练和护理。结果通过吞咽功能训练,患者的吞咽功能由入院4级提高到出院3级。结论 Chiari畸形枕大孔减压术后继发梗阻性脑积水合并吞咽困难为罕见并发症,吞咽功能康复的护理训练必须尽早进行,有利于患者吞咽功能的改善。
Objective To explore the importance of nursing intervention in promoting functional recovery in patients with dysphagia. Methods 1 case of secondary obstructive hydrocephalus complicated with severe dysphagia after Chiari deformity decompression was reviewed. The swallowing function of the patients was evaluated after using the drum drinking water test, and the corresponding swallowing function training and nursing were given. Results Through the swallowing function training, the patient's swallowing function improved from the admission level 4 to discharge level 3.Conclusion The secondary obstructive hydrocephalus complicated with dysphagia after Chiari deformity occipital large hole decompression is a rare complication. Nursing training of swallowing function rehabilitation must be carried out as soon as possible, which is beneficial to the improvement of patient's swallowing function.
