优质护理对结肠癌患者围手术期护理效果的影响

Effect of quality nursing on perioperative nursing effect in the patients with colon cancer

目的分析优质护理对结肠癌患者围手术期护理效果的影响。方法选取我院2014年7月~2016年4月收治的结肠癌患者118例进行分组研究,按照不同入院时间分为对照组和实验组,每组59例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予优质护理,比较两组患者心理状态、并发症和护理满意度情况。结果两组患者护理后SAS、SDS评分比较,对照组高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生率比较,实验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理满意度比较,实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌患者围手术期应用优质护理,可显著改善患者不良心理状态,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得在临床中大力推广普及。

Objective To analyze the effect of quality nursing on perioperative nursing effect in the patients with colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 118 patients with colorectal cancer who were admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to April 2016 were selected and were assigned to groups for study. According to different admission time, the patients were divided into control group and experimental group, with 59 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the experimental group was given quality nursing care. The psychological status, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the nursing, SAS and SDS scores in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05); the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups( P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality care in perioperative period for patients with colon cancer can significantly improve the patients' negative mental state, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
