破碎矿体开采采场锚杆支护参数优化设计及应用 被引量:2

摘要 三山岛金矿破碎矿体开采一步进路和二步进路采场顶板稳定性均较差,尤其是二步进路,需要加强支护。针对矿体开采现状及其稳固程度,结合各锚杆的优缺点,选择管缝式锚杆进行支护。根据锚杆支护理论,对选择支护方法的支护参数进行优化设计,选用管缝式锚杆支护参数为:锚杆直径40 mm,锚杆长2.0~2.2 m,锚杆间排距0.8~1.0 m。工业应用结果表明:选择的支护方式和支护参数可有效控制顶板,保证采场安全,在经济和安全方面合理可行。 The roof stability in the first-step and second-step drift is poor when the broken orebody in Sanshandao Gold Mine is extracted,especially the second-step drift where support needs enhancing. The split-set bolt was selected for supporting based on the mining situation and the stability of the orebody and the advantages and disadvantages of each kind of bolts. The bolting parameters of the selected supporting method were designed and optimized based on the bolting theory. The result showed that the reasonable diameter was 40 mm,length was 2. 0-2. 2 m and row spacing was 0. 8-1. 0 m for the spilt-set bolt. Industrial application results showed that the bolting manner and its parameters selected performed well in supporting the roof and ensuring the stope safety and were reasonable and viable for economic and safety concerns.
