摘要
基于百千安快脉冲直线变压器驱动源(fast linear transformer driver,FLTD)平台,设计了一种负载电流倍增结构(load current multiplier,LCM),并进行了实验验证。在电容器充电电压为±30kV,LCM电感为25nH的条件下,实现了负载电流的有效倍增,电流倍增系数κ为1.5,与理论估算值1.6接近。负载电流倍增技术可用于实验室现有脉冲功率装置的改造升级和后续装置的设计中,以提高负载电流。
According to the basic principle of current multiplication technology,a load current multiplier(LCM)is designed based on the hundred-kA fast linear transformer driver(FLTD)stage,and the verification experiment is conducted.The results show that the current multiplication factorκis 1.5,which is close to the theoretical estimation value of 1.6 when the charging voltage of the capacitor is ±30kV,and the inductance of LCM is 25 nH.The load current multiplication technique can be used in designing and upgrading of the existing pulsed power devices to improve the load current.
