摘要
介绍了液化天然气开架式气化器的结构与工作原理,采用计算流体动力学方法分析了液化天然气在气化器中的流动及传热过程,得到不同温度范围内气化器不同部位的气化情况,同时也对影响换热管内气化率的因素——流速、管壁粗糙度等进行了分析比对,并对扰流杆的作用进行了分析,在此基础上提出了扰流杆的优化方案。
The structure and working principle of liquefied natural gas(LNG)open rack vaporizer was introduced,and the flow and heat transfer process of LNG open rack vaporizer was studied by using computational fluid dynamics.Through this simulation,the vaporization rates under different temperature ranges and different parts of the vaporizer were obtained.Meanwhile,the factors such as the velocity,the wall roughness,which impact on the vaporization rate,were analyzed and compared,and the optimization scheme of the spoiler lever was proposed based on function analysis of the spoiler lever.
