摘要
基于有限元软件ANSYS对一发生物理爆炸的15 000m3在用原油储罐进行了应力分析,得到了破坏载荷压力作用下的罐体结构应力分布。在此基础上,借鉴JB 4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》,给出了三类典型应力强度指标评价结果。对维修后的储罐在水压试验仿真工况进行应力强度评价,分析结果表明维修后的储罐结构满足强度要求。
Stress analysis of one 15 000m^3 in-use oil tank is issued based on ANSYS which suffered a physical explode,the stress distribution of tank structure under rupture pressure is given.Draw lessons from JB 4732—1995"Steel Pressure Vessels——Design by Analysis",three typical stress intensity evaluations are obtained.The stress intensity check aimed at the repaired tank in hydraulic test simulation operation state is carried out which shows that the strength meet the requirement after repair.
