天然气净化装置膨胀机组过滤结构改造

摘要 针对国内某高含硫天然气净化厂膨胀机组运行中遇到的问题,采用国际最先进的微孔吸声方法改造消声过滤器,并结合声屏障方案实施了降噪优化处理和过滤器过滤精度的提高。在整个优化改造过程中,结合现场安装方便的情况,将降噪优化方案充分应用于消声过滤器改造,改造后该消声过滤器消声效果好、结构简单、耐腐蚀、耐高低温、对流过其内部的流体阻力小,且具有过滤系统杂质、净化系统、对环境无危害等特点。 The technical modification of filter structure of expansion unit of a domestic purification plant for high sulfur-contained natural gas processing was introduced based on the analysis of problems in operation.Silencer elements were integrated into filters according to the most international advanced microporous absorption method.Measures were taken for reducing noise and improving filtration precision combined with acoustic barrier proposal.During the process of the modification,the noise reduction optimization scheme was fully applied to the filter with fully consideration of convenient installation on site.The new silencer-filter owns advantages and characteristics such as good noise reduction effect,a simple structure,more corrosion resistant,extreme temperature tolerance,filtering system impurities,no damage to the environment,etc.
