摘要
醇胺法脱碳已广泛应用于天然气净化工艺中,为了达到降能增效的目的,需要对醇胺法脱碳的工艺操作参数进行优化。在前期优选配方研究的基础上,笔者利用一套中试实验装置,分析中试实验操作参数变化对配方胺液吸收和再生效果的影响,得到较优的吸收和再生工艺操作参数范围。结合实验结果,采用HYSYS软件建模,对于不同CO_2含量的原料气在处理量为50Nm^3/h时进行醇胺法脱碳工艺参数的优化分析,确定在相应的醇胺循环量下最优的吸收温度为55℃、吸收压力为3.0 MPa、再生温度117℃、再生压力45kPa及不同CO_2含量的原料气处理量与醇胺循环流量的最大气/液比,为醇胺法脱碳的工业应用提供参考。
Alcohol amine decarbonization has been widely used in natural gas purification processes,the operating parameters should be optimized in order to achieve the purpose of decreasing energy and increasing efficiency.Based on the preliminary study of formula optimization,the influence of operating parameters on the amine solution's absorption was studied and regeneration performance using apilot scale experimental device,and as a result the optimum process operating parameters were obtained.Combined with the experimental results,the HYSYS was used to optimize the alcohol amine decarbonization process parameters under different content of acid gas when the feed gas flow was 50 Nm3/h,leading to the following optimal operating parameters:the optimal absorption temperature was 55℃,the absorption pressure was above 3.0 MPa,regeneration temperature was 117℃,the regeneration pressure was 45 kPa and the maximum amine circulation flow was also determined.The results can serve as useful reference for industrial applications of alcohol amine decarbonization.
