摘要
论文首先通过简要分析当前税务系统中个人绩效结果运用的现状和不足,阐明引入绩效结果应用多元化的必要性和根本目的;其次分层次介绍国外公共管理部门在引入个人绩效结果多元化应用的实例。最后在借鉴国外公共管理部门成功经验的基础上,结合税务系统干部制度未来的发展趋势,对税务干部绩效结果运用体系进行初步规划和整合。
This article briefly analyzed the current situation and weakness of personal performance result application in taxation bureau,indicated the necessity and fundamental aim of the diversification application of performance results. Secondly, introduced the actual example of the diversification application of performance results in foreign public management departments at different levels. Finally, on the basis of drawing successful lessons from foreign public management departments, and by combining with the future development trend of the cadre system in the tax system, we will make preliminary planning and integration of the performance results system of the tax cadres.
