摘要
人事档案管理能够为人才资源利用及配置提供依据,因而有效开展人事档案管理也就具有重要作用。在人事档案管理中,人才流动情况的出现会影响档案的实际管理,因而应当对人才流动而导致的人事档案管理问题加强认识,从而保证更好地开展人事档案管理工作,使人事档案管理质量得到更好保证。
Personnel file management can provide the basis for the utilization and allocation of human resources, so effective personnel file management also plays an important role. In the management of personnel files, the flow of talent will affect the actual management of archives, so we need to strengthen the understanding the personnel records management caused by talent flow, so as to ensure better development of personnel management work, and better guarantee of the quality of personnel archives management.
