摘要
在企业的发展期间,人事管理绩效考核较为重要,有利于提高员工工作积极性,全面提升企业绩效。然而,当前部分企业在人事管理绩效考核期间,还存在一些问题,不能保证工作效果,难以满足其实际发展需求。基于此,论文针对所属企业绩效考核问题进行分析,提出几点应对建议。
During the development of the enterprise, the personnel management performance appraisal is more important, which is helpful to improve the enthusiasm of the staff and improve the performance of the enterprise. However, at present, some enterprises have some problems in the performance appraisal of personnel management, which can not guarantee the effect of work, and it is difficult to meet the needs of actual development. Based on this, this paper analyzes the performance appraisal of enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions.
