刑法学的西方经验与中国现实

Western Experience of Criminal Jurisprudence and Chinese Reality

如今,我国刑法学在不断发展的同时,也遇到了诸多问题,在西方国家的刑法理论发展上有一些经验值得我们学习。论文简要介绍了刑法学的西方经验,并对我国刑法学中存在的不足进行了分析,最后对我国刑法学的发展提出了几点建议。希望能够为相关人员提供参考,促进我国刑法学的健康发展。

Nowadays, China＇s Criminal Jurisprudence is developing continuously, and many problems have been encountered in the development process. There are some experiences in the development of criminal law theory in western countries which are worth learning. This paper briefly introduces the western experience of Criminal Jurisprudence, and analyzes the shortcomings of Criminal Jurisprudence in our country. At last, it puts forward some suggestions on the development of Criminal Jurisprudence in China, hoping to provide reference for the relevant personnel and promote the health development of Criminal Jurisprudence.
