据车辆段调度科统计,在货车车辆段修、辅修作业中因焊修质量造成车辆检修返工、延时或残车的情况大量存在,不但造成人力物力的极大浪费而且造成安全隐患影响行车安全。为此,怎样提高焊修质量,减少隐患,确保安全,是车辆检修亟待解决的问题。论文就是在此背景之下,探讨车辆段通过焊接作业培训来提高车辆检修的做法,仅供参考。

According to the statistics of rail depot scheduling section, there is a lot of overhaul rework, delay and broken of rail caused by welding quality in the overhaul and minor repair operation of freight vehicle depot, these problems not only causes a great waste of manpower and materials, but also causes safety hazards impacting traffic safety. Therefore, how to improve the quality of welding repair, reduce hidden dangers and ensure safety is the urgent problem to be solved in vehicle maintenance. Under this background, this paper discusses on how to improve the inspection and repair of vehicles through welding training.
