摘要
风险认知的研究现已跨越多个学科领域,受到越来越多专家学者的重视,其在食品安全领域的研究也早已被应用。食品安全已经成为上至国家机关,下至普通百姓十分关心的问题。因此论文在文献梳理的基础上从风险认知的角度出发分析其在食品安全领域的应用。
The study of risk perception has spanned many subjects, and has attracted more and more attention of experts and scholars, and its research in the field of food safety has already been applied. Food safety has become a matter of great concern up to the state organs and down to the ordinary people. Therefore, on the basis of literature review, this paper analyzes its application in the field of food safety from the perspective of risk perception.
