公司外运装车,装车过程从给料、定量、装入车厢,由操作人员手动操作,相当耗费操作人员精力;装车数据从车次、吨位、流向,到装车起始时间、装车完毕时间等信息数据,均靠装车站操作人员手工录入数据系统,生成装车相关报表。数据采集处于手工抄写的状态,而且涉及多次人工干预,人为因素增加了数据错误发生的概率,数据准确性得不到保障且工作效率低。
