摘要
公司外运装车,装车过程从给料、定量、装入车厢,由操作人员手动操作,相当耗费操作人员精力;装车数据从车次、吨位、流向,到装车起始时间、装车完毕时间等信息数据,均靠装车站操作人员手工录入数据系统,生成装车相关报表。数据采集处于手工抄写的状态,而且涉及多次人工干预,人为因素增加了数据错误发生的概率,数据准确性得不到保障且工作效率低。
The loading process of outbound loading from feeding, quantitative to into the car, all manually operated by operators, it consumes much energy of operators, and the loading data from the train number, tonnage, direction, loading starting time, the completion of the loading time and other information data, all manually be typed in the data system by the loading station operators, then to be produced loading related reports.Data collection is in manual copy state, and involves manual intervention, the human factors increase the probability of data error, data accuracy can not be guaranteed, and the efficiency is low.
