“一带一路”背景下广西提升国际软实力的理性思考与对策研究

On Rational Thinking and Countermeasure Research to How to Improve International Soft Power under One Belt and One Road in Guangxi

广西在与"一带一路"国家的经贸合作中,提升软实力的影响力,对于保证广西在"一带一路"倡议中的地位与作用,促进广西对外开放合作及自身的和谐、长远、健康发展具有重要意义。近年来,广西在展示对外软实力方面取得了很大的进步,促进了与"一带一路"国家的友好往来。当然也存在文化交流缺乏顶层设计和高层级协调机制、文化交流发展不平衡、文化产业不凸显、体制发展滞后、高校合作效益有待提高等问题。课题组经过对广西区内文化部门、文化企业及相关单位的调研,通过国外实地考察及对一些"一带一路"国家来访人士的了解咨询,就如何解决当前存在的问题、提升广西对外软实力提出对策建议。

It is of great importance for Guangxi to improve the influence of soft power in the economic and trade cooperation with the countries on the Belt and Road,which can both ensure the position and role of Guangxi in the＂Belt and Road＂strategy,and promote the harmonious,long-term and healthy development of Guangxi in its opening-up and cooperation.In recent years,Guangxi has made great progress in soft power,and promoted friendly exchanges with the countries on the Belt and Road.Of course,there still remain some problems such as the lack of top-level cultural design and high-level coordination mechanism,the uneven development of cultural exchanges,the not prominent cultural industries,the backward system development,and the lower cooperation efficiency of universities.The research group,after a survey to district cultural departments,cultural enterprises and relevant units,through on-the-spot investigation and interview with visitors from the countries on the Belt and Road,has put forward relevant measures on how to solve the existing problems,and to enhance Guangxi＇s soft power.
