摘要 本文介绍了工程机械驾驶室声腔模态的计算流程。建立了某工程机械驾驶室的声腔计算模型,利用声学模拟软件计算了驾驶室的声腔模态频率及模态振型,分析了不同阶次的振型对司机耳旁噪声的影响,并进行了优化设计。模拟计算结果表明:该驾驶室一阶模态振型固有频率为111.2Hz与额定工况激励相近,易产生共鸣。缩减驾驶室高度后一阶模态频率增大,避开了整个由怠速到额定转速的发动机激励频率,有利于噪声的控制。为工程机械驾驶室优化设计提供了一定设计基础。 This paper introduces the calculation process of construction machinery cab acoustic mode. A calculation model of construction machiner^^ cab cavity is established, acoustic modal frequencies and mode shapes of the cab is calculated by using the acoustic- simulation software. It analyzes the influence of vibration modes of different orders of the cab noise, and optimization design. The simulation results show that the natural frequency of the first order modal vibration of the cab is 111.3Hz, which is similar to that of the rated working condition and easy to resonate. After reducing the height of the cab, the first order modal frequency increases, avoiding the engine excitation frequency from the idle to the rated speed, which is beneficial to noise control. It provides a certain design basis for the optimization design of the construction machinery cab.
