浙商回归的动力机制及对地区转型发展的影响:企业再地方化视角

The Motive Mechanism of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs' Return and Its Influence on Regional Transformation and Development:from a Perspective of Relocalization of Enterprises

浙商回归是浙江经济发展的重要工程,对促进浙江经济转型发展具有重要意义。近年来,学术界对浙商回归现象进行了较多探讨,但是缺少理论支撑,因而对浙商回归的经济学理论解释不足。文章首先构建了企业再地方化理论,认为浙商回归是浙商的再地方化过程;然后从企业再地方化视角提出浙商回归的动力机制,包括政府诱导、企业认同和环境反馈三个方面。在此基础上,进一步分析了浙商回归对浙江省经济转型发展的影响及尚需克服的相关问题。

Zhejiang entrepreneurs＇ return is an important project of the economic development in Zhejiang Province,which has a great significance in promoting the economic transformation and development of Zhejiang. In recent years,there have been a lot of discussions on Zhejiang entrepreneurs＇ return,but there lacks the theoretical support. Therefore,the explanatory power of the practice of Zhejiang entrepreneurs＇ return is insufficient. This paper firstly constructs the theory of relocalization of enterprises,claiming that Zhejiang entrepreneurs＇ return is the relocalization process of Zhejiang business. Then,it puts forward the motive mechanism of Zhejiang entrepreneurs＇ return from the perspective of relocalization of enterprises,which involves three aspects： government guidance,enterprise identification and environmental feedback. On this basis,the paper further analyzes the impact of Zhejiang entrepreneurs＇ return on the economic transformation and development of Zhejiang and the existing problems.
