If we go through all the novels written by Milan Kundera,we can see a variety of phenomena of ＂unbalanced psychological eco-ethics＂,including the emptiness of people＇s spiritual world,the uncertainty of identity,the emotional betrayal between husband and wife as well as the phenomenon of incest. Through the narration of these undesirable phenomena,Kundera reveals the barrenness of people＇s spiritual world,reflecting his advanced ecological ethics. Analyzing the ethical metaphors of Kundera＇s works from the perspective of spiritual ecological criticism is of great practical significance： it not only helps us to gain a comprehensive understanding of Kundera＇s ethics,but also provides us with some suggestions for building a new harmonious ecological society.
