This paper briefly introduces the basic technical requirements of each device in the fast changing powder system and the function of each device to improve the powder rate and production efficiency. Comparing with the effect of the reconstruction of horizontal line spraying house,it is obvious that the modified quick powder changing device is low cost and efficient production equipment.
