LT贸易协定成立过程中日本自民党内“亲华派”的作用与影响

The Role and the Influence of“the Pro Chinese Faction”in the Japan LDP during the Establishment Process of the LT Trade Agreement

1958年5月,中日贸易全面中断。1962年11月,廖承志和高碕达之助签署了LT贸易协定,中日贸易又逐渐走上了正轨。在LT贸易协定成立过程中,松村谦三、高碕达之助等日本自民党内"亲华派"发挥了疏通两国政府政治意图的管道作用。在"亲华派"的积极努力,以及中日两国政府对重开贸易达成共识的形势下,LT贸易协定得以签署。"亲华派"之所以能在这一过程中发挥其管道作用,是由于与中国政府之间的相互信任。也正是由于这种相互信赖的关系,使自民党内这一中日交流的管道维系下来,并在之后中日关系的发展中起到了重要作用。

In May 1958, Sino - Japan trade has gradually embarked. In November 1962, LT trade agreement was signed by Liao Cheng - zhi and Takasaki Tatsunosuke. Since then,Sino - Japan trade has on the right track. During the establishment process of the LT trade agreement,“the Pro Chinese faction” in the Japan LDP such as Matsumura Kenzo and Takasaki Tatsu- nosuke,who played the role of bridge in Sino - Japan political communication. It was because of their efforts and the common view of two governments on the reopen of the trade,that LT trade agreement could be signed. That, s just the trust with China, otherwise “the Pro Chinese faction” would not play the role of bridge. It was precisely because of the trust relations, the pipe of the economic interchange between China and the Japan LDP could be maintained, which had played an important role in the development of Sino - Japan relations.
