摘要
以山葡萄皮渣为试材,采用酸碱法制备山葡萄皮渣纤维素,研究了提取条件对纤维素得率的影响,优化了山葡萄皮渣纤维素的制备工艺,并对纤维素进行了表征。结果表明,当NaCO_3质量分数22%,反应时间120 min,反应温度60℃,料液比1∶16(g∶mL)时,山葡萄皮渣纤维素的得率最高,为38.89%。通过红外光谱分析和X射线衍射分析表明,山葡萄皮渣纤维素具有纤维素的典型结构和特征衍射峰,具有较高的结晶度。
Research is based on grape pomace as material,cellulose of grape pomace is prepared using the acid-base method.The effects of extraction conditions on the yield of cellulose are studied. The preparation technology of cellulose is optimized and characterized. The results show that,mass fraction 22%,reaction time 120 min,reaction temperature 60 ℃,and solid-liquid ratio 1∶16(g∶mL),cellulose of grape pomace extraction rate is 38.89%. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis show that the cellulose of grape pomace has a typical structure and characteristic diffraction peaks of cellulose,and the crystallinity is high.
