摘要
为解决茶叶理条环节的全自动控制问题,提高茶叶生产的自动化水平,实现茶叶加工连续化、清洁化、自动化生产等问题,研制一种茶叶理条生产线自动化控制(时间、温度、摆动频率)设备。通过阐述全自动茶叶理条机组设备的结构、工作原理,以及在研制过程中的关键技术,对样机进行实际试验,结果显示样机能满足设计需求和实际生产的要求。
In order to solve the problem of automatic control of tea processing,improve the automation level of tea production,realizing continuous processing of tea leaves,cleaner production problems such as automation,to develop a tea leaf line automation control(time,temperature,frequency of oscillation) equipment. In this paper,we discuss the structure and structure of the fully automatic tea mill equipment,working principle,and key technologies in the development process of the determination. The prototype is proved by actual test the prototype can meet the design requirements and actual production requirements.
