摘要
对"食品加工技术"课程的教学内容、教学模式及方法、考核方式等进行全面改革,教学内容添加功能性食品加工技术,教学法采用理论实践一体化教学,考核采用理论和实践综合评估成绩,不仅激发了学生的学习兴趣,而且提高了学生的实践能力和创新意识,教学效果也显著提高。
The reform of the teaching content,teaching mode,methods and assessment methods of Food Processing Technology is carried out. Teaching content adds functional food processing technology,the teaching method adopted the integration of theory and practice,the evaluation adopted theory and practice to evaluate comprehensively. This not only stimulate the students' interest in learning,but also can improve the students' innovative consciousness and practical ability, and the teaching effect is also obviously improved.
