摘要 研究了薇甘菊活体在不同pH、初始浓度、吸附时间条件下对水体中碱性品红的吸附能力,并对薇甘菊的再生及重复吸附能力进行了测试.结果表明:在碱性品红溶液浓度为5~20 mg/L、pH为7的碱性品红溶液中,培养3 d后常温下薇甘菊活体对碱性品红的去除率可达99%.同一株薇甘菊可以在浓度为10 mg/L、pH为7的碱性品红溶液中循环培养4次吸附效果最佳,去除率均可达到90%以上,吸附效果良好. The absorption capacity of Mikania micrantha on Fuchsin basic in water has been studied,including the different pH values,the initial concentration,the absorption time,and its regenerative ability and repeated absorption capacity have also been tested. The result has shown that at room temperature,after three days' bioculture on Mikania micrantha with the's concentrations of 5 ~ 20 mg/L and the pH 7,the removal efficiency of Mikania micrantha can reach 99%. Under the condition that the same strain of Mikania micrantha has been cultured for 4times with the concentration of 10mg/L and the solution of Fuchsin basic at pH 7,the absorption capacity is the best,and the removal rate could be more than 90%.
