当代中国慈善事业的健康发展,需要建构中国特色慈善伦理规范体系。慈善伦理规范体系对慈善活动的调节有着特殊意义,它引领多元慈善伦理动机,回应多方面慈善伦理挑战,支撑慈善法律规范体系。当代中国慈善伦理规范体系的建构包含两大层面,仁爱是其基本原则,自愿、诚信、平等、尊重是其主要规范。推动慈善伦理规范体系的躬行践履,需弘扬中华传统慈善美德,加强对青少年的慈善意识教育,倡导"勿以善小而不为"的伦理精神。

To develop philanthropy in contemporary China,it is necessary to construct a charity ethics system with Chinese characteristics.Charity ethics system has a special meaning for the regulation of charity activities.It leads the evolvement of pluralistic ethical motivations of charity,responses to various ethical challenges of charity,and supports the law system of charity.The construction of charity ethics system in contemporary China requires the following efforts：first we should establish the norm that love is the basic principle and voluntary,honesty,equality and respect are the main principles;second we should carry forward the Chinese traditional virtues of charity,strengthen the charity consciousness education in teenagers,and advocate the ethical spirit of charity of ＂do small goods＂.
