肌电图震颤分析对帕金森病诊断的临床价值探讨

Exploration on the Clinical Value of EMG Tremor Analysis in the Diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease

目的:探讨肌电图震颤分析对于帕金森病诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:某院收治的30例帕金森病患者归入PD组,同时期收治的30例特发性震颤患者归入ET组,对两组患者进行肌电图震颤分析检测,比较其肌电图特点。结果:(1)PD组姿势性震颤比例为90%,ET组静止性震颤比例为33.3%;(2)PD组两种震颤的频率均显著低于ET组;(3)出现震颤潜伏期的比例中,PD组为67%,而ET组无潜伏期出现;(4)两组患者负重后,震颤振幅均显著升高;(5)转移注意力时PD组振幅上升,集中注意力时有60%的ET患者出现振幅上升。结论:肌电图震颤分析可用于帕金森病震颤与其它类型震颤的鉴别诊断。

Objective：To explore the value of EMG tremor analysis in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Parkinson＇s disease.Methods：Thirty patients with Parkinson＇s disease were enrolled in the PD group.30 patients with idiopathic tremor were included in the ET group.Electromyography tremor analysis was performed on the two groups and then comapre the characteristics of EMG.Results：（1）The proportion of postural tremor was 90% in PD group and 33.3% in ET group;（2）The frequency of tremor in PD group was significantly lower than that in ET group;（3）In the proportion of tremor latency,group PD was 67% ,while there was no incubation in group ET;（4）The amplitude of tremor in the two groups was significantly increased after weight-bearing;（5）The amplitude of PD group increased when the attention was shifted,and while concentrating,60% of patients with ET showed an increase in amplitude.Conclusion：EMG tremor analysis can be used for the differential diagnosis of Parkinson＇s disease tremor and other types of tremor.
