胃间质瘤腹腔镜手术与开腹手术的临床对比研究

A Comparative Study of Laparoscopic Surgery and Laparotomy for Gastric

目的:分析比较腹腔镜手术、开腹手术在胃间质瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:择取2012年1月~2016年8月某院收治的66例胃间质瘤患者作为此次研究对象,以入院时间为依据,将所选患者分为参照组与研究组,每组各33例,参照组患者行开腹手术,研究组患者行腹腔镜手术,对两组患者的手术效果进行比较。结果:研究组术中出血量、术后进食时间、排气时间、住院时间、手术切口长度均少于参照组,经统计学分析,该差异存在意义,即P<0.05;两组患者手术时间相近,经统计学分析,该差异无意义,即P>0.05。结论:相比于开腹手术,腹腔镜手术在胃间质瘤患者中的应用更具可行性与安全性,应用前景良好。

Objective：To compare the effect of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy in patients with gastric stromal tumors.Methods：From January 2012 to August 2016,66 patients with gastric stromal tumors were selected as the subjects.Based on the time of admission,the selected patients were divided into control group and study group.33 cases of the patients in the control group underwent laparotomy,and the study group of patients underwent laparoscopic surgery.Then compare the surgical effect of the two groups.Results：The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative feeding time,exhaust time,length of stay and length of the incision were less than those of the control group.The difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Similar,by statistical analysis,the difference is meaningless,that is,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Compared with laparotomy,laparoscopic surgery in patients with gastric stromal tumors is more feasible and safe,and the application prospect is good.
