高尿酸血症中医治未病干预治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Hyperuricemia

目的:对高尿酸血症中医治未病干预治疗的临床效果和药理作用进行观察分析,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:选取某院2014年7月~2016年7月收治的高尿酸血症患者140例,按编号单双号进行分组,两组各70例,参照组患者给予常规治疗,研究组在参照组治疗的基础上应用中医中药治疗,对两组患者治疗的效果进行对比分析。结果:研究组治疗的总有效率为91.4%,显著高于参照组的71.4%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:中医治未病干预治疗高尿酸血症的临床效果确切,可提高患者的临床疗效,促进其尽早康复。

Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical effects and pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hyperuricemia in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods：140 hyperuricemia patients in a hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were grouped according to the number of odd and even number,70 cases in each group.The control group were given routine treatment,and the research group were given Chinese medicine treatment based on the treatment of the control group.The effects of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results：The total effective rate of the research group was 91.4% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 71.4% （P〈0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment is accurate for disease prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia,which can improve the clinical efficacy of patients and promote their early recovery.
