锁定钢板用于青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折治疗中的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨锁定钢板在青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折治疗中的效果。方法:选取2014年9~2015年10月于某院收治的108例青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折患者做为研究对象,随机分成两组,观察组62例患者使用锁定钢板治疗,对照组46例患者使用常规钢板治疗,观察对比两组的治疗效果以及恢复时间。结果:经过对患者1年的随访调查,观察组患者总恢复率为100%(62/62),平均治愈时间(17.3±2.6)周;对照组患者总恢复率69.6%(32/46),平均恢复时间(22.6±3.1)周。观察组在治疗效果和恢复时间上明显优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折治疗中采用锁定钢板具有恢复快、效果好的优点,适合在临床治疗中应用。 Objective:To explore the effect of locking plate in the treatment of three plane fracture of the distal tibia in teenagers.Methods:108 patients with three plane fracture of distal tibia from September 2014 to October 2015 in a hospital were taken as the research object,who were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group of 62 patients were treated with locking plate,and the control group of 46 patients were treated with conventional plate.Then observe cure time and treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After a year of follow-up survey on the patients,in the observation group,the total cure rate was 100% (62/62),and the average healing time was(17.3±2.6)weeks.In the control group,the total cure rate was 69.6% (32/46)and the average healing time(22.6±3.1)weeks.The treatment and cure time of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Application of locking plate in three fractures of the Distal tibia in teenagers has advantages of quick recovery,good effect,suitable for application in clinical treatment.
